Human Rights and Refugee Crisis

Human Rights and Protection of Refugees: We are good at what we do. Our members have the expertise to advise our clients and take necessary action on their behalf regarding any human rights or protection of refugee-related issues. Apart from litigation support to the refugees, we are able to advise our clients in human rights, justice, rule of law, rights of refugees related research and drafting of policies. We are able to work in close coordination with the policy specialists for human rights.

We provide services to the clients and seek to see things from clients’ points of view. We establish and maintain productive partnerships by identifying clients’ needs and matching them to appropriate solutions. We meet the timeline for delivery of services and keep clients informed of the progress and setbacks of the projects.

We are able to offer the following services to the client in the fields of human rights and protection of refugees:

• working closely with the officials to assess the implementation of the action plan and work accordingly;
• reviewing the entire process and identifying areas of intervention and engaging the right person(s) to take necessary actions;
• conducting a comprehensive consultation process with the refugees and identifying vulnerable groups and taking prompt action;
• actively searching for suitable solutions by working closely with law enforcement agencies, human rights lawyers, judges, members of parliament and members of civil society;
• being in the field on behalf of our client and establishing our robust presence to support our operation and speed up the implementation process, including but not limited to, prompt litigation, case filing, consultancy to the victims of human rights or refugee rights violations;
• ensuring social and economic rights of the refugees and seeking actively to address the issues with the help of litigation and/or active consultation with relevant government organisations;
• taking appropriate steps to provide special care and attention to women and children and providing female lawyers to support them in need.
